Yard Reset
Before starting your monthly plan, we give your yard a top-to-bottom assessment. In cases of heavy buildup, large yards, multiple dogs, or unforeseen conditions (such as high grass, excessive leaves, or debris), an additional Heavy Buildup Cleaning fee may apply. We will always confirm with you before starting service. Ranging from $25 - $100, the fee is applied to your 1st bill depending on:
Excessive pet waste requiring additional trash bags and/or time
Time since last cleanup (2 or more weeks)
Multiple dogs (more than 2 dogs)
If your yard is already in good shape, we’ll adjust the fee to reflect only the time required. Once this reset is complete, all follow-up visits are quicker and more affordable.
Yard Deodorizing Treatment - $20 a month ($10 for one-time cleanings)
For peace of mind add on deodorizing treatment for $20 a month ($10 for one-time cleanings). After every scoop we mist the area with our eco-friendly spray that neutralizes odors so ruff and tumble playtime can resume almost immediately.

That means:
When you sign up, we’ll confirm your service day based on your location.
We'll send reminders before each visit and let you know if anything changes due to weather or holidays.
This route-based system helps us keep our response times quick, prices low, and your yard ruff-free without delay.

These Terms of Service govern all services provided by 757 Poop Patrol. By scheduling or receiving service, you agree to these terms.1. Services Provided
757 Poop Patrol provides residential and commercial pet waste removal services, including one-time cleanings and recurring weekly or biweekly service.Services include:
Removal of pet waste from designated, accessible yard areas
Bagging and disposal in the customer’s designated trash bin
Visual inspection of service areas
Services do not include:
Landscaping, mowing, raking, or leaf removal
Removal of non-pet waste
Moving objects or accessing areas under structures (e.g., decks, trampolines)
2. Initial Service and Yard Condition
All new recurring customers require a Yard Reset to establish a manageable baseline.
If excessive waste is present, a Heavy Buildup Fee ($25–$100) may apply. The yard will be assessed upon arrival. Approval from the customer will be obtained before additional charges are applied and service begins.Service quality may be limited by conditions such as:
Tall grass
Leaves or debris
Snow or obstructed ground
757 Poop Patrol does not guarantee complete waste removal under these conditions.
3. Service Plans and Billing
Recurring services are offered on a weekly or biweekly basis and billed monthly.
Pricing includes up to two dogs
Additional dogs may incur additional fees
Pricing is subject to change with notice
Services are provided on a month-to-month basis and renew automatically unless canceled. No long-term contract is required.
4. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued electronically and must be paid by the stated due date.
Late or unpaid balances may result in service suspension
Service may resume once the account is current
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other approved methods.
5. Property Access and Conditions
By scheduling service, the customer grants 757 Poop Patrol permission to enter the property. Customers are responsible for:
Providing safe and unobstructed access to service areas
Maintaining yard conditions that allow safe service
It’s Ruff is not responsible for:
Hidden hazards
Damage caused by unsafe yard conditions
Items left in the service area (e.g., toys, tools, debris)
6. Pets and Safety
Customers must ensure pets are secured or non-aggressive during service. If a pet poses a safety risk:
Service may be skipped or stopped
The visit may still be counted as completed
The customer assumes full responsibility for any injury or damage caused by their pet to 757 Poop Patrol personnel or equipment.
7. Arrival Window and Yard Access
757 Poop Patrol provides service within a scheduled 2-hour arrival window. While we make every effort to arrive within that window, arrival times may vary due to weather, traffic, route changes, or other unforeseen circumstances.A scheduled visit may be skipped and counted as completed if service cannot be performed due to lack of access or unsafe conditions, including but not limited to:
Locked or inaccessible gates
Unsecured or aggressive pets
Obstructions, excessive debris, or unsafe yard conditions
Rescheduling may be offered at 757 Poop Patrol’s discretion but is not guaranteed.
8. Weather and Service Delays
Service may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather or unsafe working conditions. Service will resume on the next available service day.
9. Property Boundaries
Services are limited to the customer’s designated property. 757 Poop Patrol is not responsible for:
Waste outside property boundaries
Neighboring or shared areas
10. Gate Security
757 Poop Patrol will make reasonable efforts to close and secure all gates. However, due to varying property conditions, 757 Poop Patrol does not guarantee gate security and is not liable for pet escapes resulting from faulty or unsecured gates. Customers are responsible for maintaining secure gates and latches.
11. Documentation
Technicians may take photos of yard conditions for:
Service verification
Quality control
Internal documentation including closed gates
Photos will not be publicly shared without permission.
12. Cancellation
Service may be canceled at any time. To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be submitted:
Before the next billing date, and
At least 24 hours before the next scheduled service
13. Limitation of Liability
757 Poop Patrol is not liable for:
Damage caused by pets
Hidden or unseen hazards
Pre-existing yard conditions
Damage resulting from unsafe or obstructed service areas
Customers are responsible for maintaining a safe environment for service.
14. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
757 Poop Patrol reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including:
Unsafe conditions
Aggressive animals
Repeated missed access
Non-payment
Abusive or inappropriate behavior
15. Use of Deodorizer and Treatment Products
757 Poop Patrol may offer optional yard deodorizing or treatment services using commercially available products. While these products are commonly used for outdoor pet areas, 757 Poop Patrol does not manufacture these products and makes no guarantees regarding their effectiveness or suitability for all pets, lawns, or environmental conditions. By requesting deodorizing or treatment services, the customer acknowledges and accepts any risks associated with the use of such products. 757 Poop Patrol is not responsible for any reactions, sensitivities, or damages related to the use of these products.
